Job Description Job Description Job Title: Plumber - Commercial Installation ($26-30/hr.) (1st Shift) We are seeking a skilled plumber to join our team, working primarily on commercial construction projects including apartment complexes and commercial buildings. The role requires the ability to run water and drain lines, install gas lines, sanitary drain lines, hot water tanks, roof drains, storm lines, and fixtures. You will work with various materials such as PVC, copper, and cast iron, and perform underground work, Propress, and soldering. (5) 1st Shift Openings working 7:00am to 3:30pm Monday through Friday Weekly Pay Apply today! Responsibilities Run water and drain lines in new commercial construction projects. Install gas lines, sanitary drain lines, hot water tanks, roof drains, and storm lines. Work with PVC, copper, and cast iron materials. Perform underground work, Propress, and soldering. Install gas lines to furnaces and various fixtures. Essential Skills Experience in running water and drain lines in new construction. Commitment to a career in plumbing. Reliable transportation. Additional Skills & Qualifications Ability to be shown a room and efficiently install lines. Experience in commercial construction and HVAC is beneficial. Work Environment The work environment involves projects within a one-hour radius of Cleveland, focusing on commercial construction. Typical working hours are from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with a 30-minute lunch and a 15-minute morning break. Required attire includes steel toe boots and jeans, and safety equipment such as a safety vest, hard hat, and high visibility gear will be provided Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Medina, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
