The chosen candidate will be pivotal in driving sales and increasing market share by leveraging deep industry knowledge and excelling in customer engagement. This role requires strategic territory management, client acquisition, and delivering tailored solutions that meet client needs. Identify and target potential clients within the financial services sector. Develop and implement strategic plans to secure new business and grow existing accounts. Deliver presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of our solutions. Maintain a deep understanding of market conditions and competitor activities. Meet and exceed sales targets as set by the organization. Establish and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers. Attend industry events and conferences to network and gather insights. Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams to ensure our offerings meet the market demand. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to manage complex sales cycles Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools Understanding of payment technology and financial markets Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Sales Management Certification (optional but beneficial) Certified Payment Professional (CPP) (preferred)
