Job Description:
UniFirst Corporation, a leader in the delivery of tailored
workplace uniforms and protective wear, is seeking a highly
motivated Major Account Consultant. This role is crucial for
maintaining and expanding our market presence among major clients
across North America. The successful candidate will be responsible
for developing long-term relationships with strategic accounts,
identifying client needs, and proposing customized solutions that
enhance our clients' business operations. Our ideal candidate will
have a strong background in B2B sales, particularly in uniform
services or a similar industry, and a proven track record of not
only meeting but exceeding sales targets. Develop and implement
effective sales strategies aimed at major accounts. Maintain strong
relationships with key clients to ensure retention and growth.
Understand client needs and tailor unique proposals that offer
practical solutions. Negotiate contracts aimed at maximizing profit
while meeting client needs. Coordinate with cross-functional teams
to ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions. Manage
and track sales pipeline and report on sales results regularly.
Proven ability to negotiate and close large contracts. Strong
interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Excellent
communication and presentation abilities. In-depth knowledge of the
uniform and protective wear market. Proficiency in CRM software and
MS Office. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Certified Sales Professional (CSP) preferred but not
mandatory.
