Sales Managers will work closely with their Loan Originators and processing teams to ensure all documentation is obtained as the loan moves through the process to closing. Ideal candidates will be self-motivated, have the drive and desire to succeed in a fast paced sales environment, and utilize strong time management skills with impeccable attention to detail. This is considered an inside sales management position.In-house processing, underwriting and closingSupport focused management to help grow your business and maximize your incomeThis position pays 37k plus an aggressive incentive packageProud sponsor of our veterans and numerous military charitiesResponsibilities:Stay current and up to date with all loan program guidelines (FHA, VA, FNMA, FHLMC) and federal & state regulationsAssist team of Loan Originators with all related tasks to loan productionReview existing pipelines daily to expedite the loan processProvide coaching to team members; listening to their calls and providing constructive feedbackProvide support to team of Loan Originators to help increase their personal and production goalsReview all loan files for accuracy and completeness prior to submission to processingProvide assistance and correspondence to all departments on all loan applicationsContact borrowers to assist team with collecting required documentsJob Requirements:Minimum 3 years recent experience as a Mortgage Sales Manager or Loan Originator with proven production historyRobust knowledge in FNMA/FHLMC and FHA/VA programsWorking knowledge of Encompass and Velocify (Leads 360)MYPsXwAnPQ
