Sales Coordinator is to support the Contract Manufacturing - Sales
Team. - The daily functions of the team include the pursuit of new
business and management of existing customers. - The Sales
Coordinator is responsible for a variety of duties including
administrative, reporting, event planning / coordination and
systems up keep for the business. - The Sales Coordinator also may
communicate directly with customers from time to time.Your seat at

orders, entry, tracking communication with Customers,
BrokersResponsible for communication with customers regarding sales
materials, needs, updates, and questionsPerforming basic research
including market analysisDPM Price ManagementDaily Reports for
pricing discrepancies and missing pricingCommunication with
CustomersManage and enter price increasesManage rebate letters for
Department Customer Incentive TrackerManaging daily reporting and
assisting with projectsCoordinating Trade Show NeedsNew Account/
New Customer set-upsManage Customer Bids and Customer PortalsInside
Sales - Back up to Business Managers as they are traveling or
unavailableOptional participation with Sales Team at Food Shows, or
other Customer engagementsWhat you bring to the tableBachelor s
Degree preferred, or -equivalent -combination of education,
training, and experience in sales/advertising/marketing. -Excellent
Interpersonal and Communication skillsListening
skillsOrganizational skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced team
environmentStrong analytical skills with a detail oriented and
task-focused outlookExperience with PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
