Inside Sales Representative/Customer Service Representative - $22/Hr - Solon, OHOur client located in Solon is looking for an Inside Sales Representative for a 3-month contract but could turn into a perm position. • Be able to explain key concepts of the Quality Policy, Quality Goals, and complete requirements from ISO 9001 (Quality Management Systems) training.
• Quote and Order entry via ERP system
• Communicating and coordinating with customers regarding quotes, orders, acknowledgments, tracking, and delivery.
• Making outbound calls to potential customers and following up on leads.
• Understanding customer's needs and identifying sales opportunities.
• Answering potential customer's questions and sending additional information per email.
• Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
• Providing input to the CRM on current and potential customers.
• Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
• Staying informed about competing products and services.
• Up-selling products and services.
• Researching and qualifying new leads.
• Closing sales and achieving sales targets.What do you bring:
  • High school diploma/GED.
  • International sales experience a plus.
  • Previous experience in an outbound/inbound call center or a related sales position preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office products, CRM software such as IFS, and basic math skills.
  • Excellent communications skills; verbal and written for both customer and inter-company transactions.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent phone and communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
