Responsibilities
As a member of our inside sales/service team, you will expedite orders through communication with customers and our operations departments. You will contact current and potential customers to ascertain upcoming needs. You will be instrumental in business development and prospecting for new customers. The position also will require that you research required information, process orders, and enter data correctly. Our customers include professionals, executives, and operational management in a diverse array of industries.

Desired Experience
The successful candidate must have successfully completed a two-year associate degree or preferably a four-year degree. Data entry skills are required. This position requires a candidate with excellent communication skills, including writing ability. You must have an aptitude for learning and understanding the technical aspects of our business. In this position, you will be required to multi-task and prioritize.
