Satisfy your appetite for an exciting career at Nestl-- Professional.This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship.Position SummaryThe CLM Sales Analyst will be responsible for providing accurate and timely flow of leads to Sales, via leveraging the C4C Sales Automation system and optimizing the campaign management process with a focus on Beverages. Working closely with the Commercial team, he/she will deliver data and analytical support for customer segmentation and campaign management. The CLM Sales Analyst will report to the CLM Manager.The ideal candidate will possess a strong skillset in data management & reporting, insight generation, critical & strategical thinking, time management, cross-functional collaboration and ability to work effectively in a high-paced, high-pressure environment.This role will be responsible for these primary objectives:Lead QualificationOversight of data sourcing, ensuring data is accurate and consolidatedManagement of data flow between systems to optimize user experienceCommunication of data consolidation and analysis to teams to ensure data is leveraged as a competitive advantage for decision makingCampaign ManagementLead conversion to Campaigns and the ongoing management of the Campaign performance, ensuring strong Stakeholder alignment and team engagementData segmentation and insight generationSupporting Data Analysts to collaborate with other functions to build appropriate touch points across the Customer JourneySales Team Interface and Operational SupportSupporting Data Analysts to manage co-pilot calls and coordination of execution tasks with SalesCoordination of updates and reporting to ensure progress on key prioritiesProvision of insights for future demand generation3rd Party ManagementOversee and manage projects with 3rd party agenciesCoordinating cross functional inputs to ensure project briefs are wholistic and provide key insightTracking and reporting on progress and ROI assessmentREQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL:BS/BAMinimum of 3 years of experience in data management and analytics.Strong data management and data mining skills specifically in Microsoft Excel (SQL preferred but not required).Experience with Data visualization (e.g. Power BI)Reporting and business analysis experience.
