Job DescriptionGround Works Land Design located in Westlake, OH is currently seeking experienced Landscape Sales Representative. This position is a full-time and year-round opportunity! Ground Works Land Design's vision is to become Northeast Ohio's most renowned center for professional services in the Landscape Industry.   • Collects information from customers to determine their landscaping project needs to submit to the designers.
  • Answers customer's questions about services and availability
  • Recommends services to customers based on their needs and interests.
  • Sets appointments to visit a customer's property and walk through the customers ideas and wants for the landscaping project.
  • Prepares sales contracts for orders obtained and submits orders for processing.
  • Measures and assesses customer and employee satisfaction.
  • Consults with customers after sales or contract signings in order to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.
  • Contacts regular and prospective customers to explain service features and solicit orders.
  • Manages the sales pipeline data in the CRM and ensures information is updated as prospect evolves through the sales process.
  • Gathers data on competitors and analyzes their prices, sales and method of marketing and distribution.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.Requirements:
    • Minimum 2 years experience landscaping or grounds keeping
    • Work successfully with limited supervision
    • Valid drivers license
    • High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
    • Work in a fast-paced environment
    • Analyze diverse problems and consistently make proper decisions
    • Familiarity with CRM's like HubSpot
