Product and sales training is provided on a regular basis along with daily tips from high rollers to ensure every sales rep is set up for success! Mentoring and coaching is also provided for people proactively looking to improve and grow with the company. You'll be developing essential skills such as: * Sales and Client Representation* Customer Service and Client Relations* Recruitment, Leadership and Development* Business Administration and Sales Reporting* Management and Business DevelopmentDesirable Personality Traits: * Honesty, Integrity, Reliability* Pride in the your results/achievements* Belief in your ability to make a difference* A sense of humour and ability to make small talk* A solid work ethic and desire to succeed* Open to fresh ideas and excited by change* A vibrant personality that attracts attention* A willingness to learn and accept feedbackRequirements: * 18+ years of age and authorized to work in the USA* Local to this area or willing to commute/relocate* Able to start work within 2 weeks time* Customer-facing work experience * Willing to work with customers face-to-face (with PPE) NOTE: THIS POSITION IS NOT REMOTE.
