What you'll do:Company: Eaton CorporationLocation: Cleveland, OHPosition Title: Lead Analyst, GFSS (Req# 44374)Job Description:Responsible for Change Management and Control reporting to the Senior Manager of Controllership Transformation PMO. Manage change control processes, ensuring compliance, governance, and approval for changes to GFSS applications and boundary systems impacting setups, configurations, and custom objects like FRICEW (forms, reports, interfaces, conversions, extensions, workflows), as well as standard global processes and localizations such as Robotics Process Automation (RPA). Oversee the integration of new sites and services, including primary financial applications in Oracle and SAP, and boundary systems like Concur, Markview, FS2/PTS, Get Paid, etc., globally. Lead significant global transformational projects and support technology and communication platforms within the Controllership and Global Financial Services & Systems functions. Execute strategic projects, including modernization of internal controls frameworks. Assist in developing global finance transformation initiatives, creating playbooks, processes, methodologies, training materials, and workflows to institutionalize project management knowledge across Eaton's global regions. Responsible for producing billing reports using various time-tracking tools, converting timesheet hours into billable dollars, and communicating these reports monthly for accruals, follow-ups, and problem resolution. Manage True Ups monthly for corrections and reclasses, analyze billing variances, and conduct root cause analyses. This position is based in Cleveland, OH, with potential telecommuting from within 50 miles of Beachwood, OH.Qualifications:Job Requirements:Requires a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field, plus five (5) years of experience in an Accounting, Finance, or Business role or similar. Experience must include:

• Five (5) years in Project Management, Waterfall, and Agile methodologies.
• One (1) year in Project management tools such as PowerBI, Microsoft Projects, JIRA, and ServiceNow.Work hours: 40 hours/week, 9:00am-5:00pm. Salary range: $118,373 - $130,210.To apply, send resumes to: .Skills:
