Maintenance Assistant

Job Description:

An educational facility is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to help with all aspects of maintenance and housekeeping. You will work Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. with occasional overtime.

Job Duties:

Troubleshoot electrical and plumbing issues, and repair or replace
Perform carpentry, plaster, drywall, painting, and caulking work
HVAC Maintenance; Boiler maintenance a plus
Snow removal and salt, yard maintenance, and landscaping
Housekeeping and floor maintenance duties
Lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds
Set-up and tear-down for events
Perform other duties as needed
