Building Maintenance Technician

Job Description:

A local management company is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician for a full-time or part-time opportunity.
Job Responsibilities:

Oil door knobs, locks, hinges, and gates as needed
Repair and unclog toilets, sinks, bathtubs, showers, and exterior drains
Replace carpet and wooden floors
Install and repair wires, plugs, and switches
Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors, paint walls, and dispose of trash in common areas
Track inventory , ensure fire extinguishers, hydrants, alarms, and emergency exits remain in excellent working condition at all times
Schedule repairs and make units ready for new move-ins
Perform grounds keeping, including light landscaping, sweeping, and pick-up
Perform other duties as required
