MAINTENANCE PLANNER

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• 
  
• Maintain and update our Maintenance Management System Program (CMMS) on a daily basis including WO workflow and parts inventory.
  
  
  
  • 
    
  • Work closely with Production and Maintenance to develop weekly maintenance plan for all scheduled work.
    
    
    
    • 
      
    • Work closely with Maintenance on moving work requests to ready to schedule status.
      
      
      
      • 
        
      • Develop parts inventory system using CMMS and work closely with key vendors to maintain parts inventory including Open Stores, Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI), and Critical Spares
        
        
        
        • 
          
        • Stoppage analysis with PM and Scheduled Parts Replacement updates to prevent stoppages based on historic data
          
          
          
          • 
            
          • Report key performance metrics such as PM and Scheduled Work completion rate, Scheduled vs Unscheduled Work, Repairs and Maintenance Spending vs Budget, etc.
            
            
            
            • 
              
            • Develop and maintain WO preparation process so parts, tools, etc. are ready for scheduled maintenance activities
              
              
              
              MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
              
              
              • 
                
              • Maintenance or production experience in a manufacturing environment
                
              • Good computer skills
                
              • Good organizational skills
                
              • Ability to work overtime as needed
                
              • Lift 25-60 pounds.
                
              • Read and write English.
                
              • Perform basic math skills.

                        • 
                          
                        • TPM or similar process improvement methodology experience
                          
                          
                          
                          • 
                            
                          • Parts room management and inventory control experience
                            
                            
                            
                            • 
                              
                            • Critical spares identification and control
                              
                              
                              
                              • 
                                
                              • Parts ordering and inventory control
                                
                                
                                
                                • 
                                  
                                • Vendor VMI for Open Stores
