Salary Range: 70K - $100k Permanent Position with Benefits.



A Cleveland, Ohio area architectural firm is seeking to hire an experienced Project Architect familiar with designing and redesigning public buildings such as city halls, libraries, and schools / universities or other not listed.



REQUIREMENTS

• 
  
• Bachelors' or Masters of Architecture degree from an accredited college
  
• Registered Architect is desired but not required
  
• Proficient with Revit CAD skills! If not proficient with Revit, must be able to put a full set of CDs (Construction Documents) together and oversee projects.
  
• Seeking candidates that have at least three to five years' experience working as a Project Architect.
  
• Also seeking candidates that have at least five to ten years' experience working as a Sr. -Project Architect. Sr. Architects do not have be proficient with Revit.
  
• MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) experienced
  
• Must have excellent communication & presentation skills.
  
• Seeking candidates that have some experience working as a construction manager.
  
• Able to mentor and coach associates and team members
  
• Proficiency in documenting all phases of the design process.
  
• Strong technical project detailing and documentation skills
  
• Must have strong relationship building skills
  
• Seeking candidates that hold quality in high regard in every aspect of their work.
