Job Description:

IT Project Analyst to work hybrid in Cleveland, OH. In this
position you will serve as a liaison among business stakeholders,
IT team and staff in order to elicit, analyze, communicate and
validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies
and information systems products/services. This position will
interact with all levels of personnel and must be someone who is
customer service focused.
Pay Range: $85,000 - $115,000
WE WILL NOT CONSIDER C2C CANDIDATES FOR THIS POSITION
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Serve as a liaison among business stakeholders, IT team and staff
in order to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate requirements
for changes to business processes, policies and information systems
products/services
• Effectively navigates and operates within the triple constraints
of project management: schedule, budget and scope
Researches the capabilities of current and future tools and
technology collaborating closely with the associated team members
to understand fit/value/gaps
• Analyzes qualitative and quantitative data (helpdesk tickets,
training feedback, root cause analysis) to provide strategic and
actionable insights and recommendations to the IT Department
