Inside Electrical SalesWolff Bros. Supply, Inc. is one of the largest independent Plumbing, Electrical and HVAC distributors in America. We are looking for a Counter Salesperson to add to our growing team at our Elyria/North Ridgeville location.
Work Week & Hours: Monday-Friday, 7 AM-5:00 PM, No weekendsPay: $20.00+ plus quarterly bonuses: accuracy, safety & performanceRequirements:

• Previous sales experience
• Knowledge of industry and wholesale productJob Duties:
  • Sells item to customer and handles returns and credits
  • Promotes additional or alternate items (up sell, cross sell) based on technical knowledge of products and selling points
  • Must be versed or willing to learn all three departments, HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing
  • Assists customers who are unsure of desired items in making correct selection
  • Displays or demonstrates products using items, our catalog or literature
  • Notifies customer of or explains any special promotions
  • Enters final orders and credits
  • Warehouse duties including pulling orders, keeping shelves clean
  • Excellent communication skills; communicates with customers on account status
  • Researches items or delivery dates by contacting reps or consulting catalogs or other product literature to meet customer requirements
  • Develops pricing quotes and picks or expedites orders as needed
  • Handles in-person or phoned customer transactions at the sales counter
  • Knowledge of the plumbing and electrical trades a plus
  • Previous industry/installation experience preferred but not required
