**1099 Independent Contractor**

**You will be driving a LIV Enterprises Company Truck**

Payments As Low As $700 Per Week - $8,000+ Average Weekly Payout

3,000+ Miles Per Week - All Miles Paid

Referral Bonus - 1% Increase of gross per referred driver + Additional $1,000

Requirements:

• Valid CDL A License
  
• 1 Year of CDL A Driving Experience
  
• Clean Driving Record
  
  • No preventable accidents in the last 3 Years
    
  • No more than 3 moving violations
    
    
  • Pass Background Check & Drug Screen
    
  • We do not accept SAP program drivers
    Home Time:
    
    
    • Flexible home time - out 2 Weeks Minimum
      
    • Option 1: Out 2 Weeks
      
    • Option 2: Out 3 Weeks, Home 1 Week (4th Week free of Deductions)
      
    • Option 3: Out 4 Weeks, Home 1 Week (5th Week free of Deductions and $1,000 Bonus)--
