If you love the auto industry and working with cars this job is for you! The Customer Care Specialistwill be responsible for customer experience with our internal sales team and external suppliers. What you get to accomplish: Ability to thrive in a fast paced, high volume call environment. Create and vet sales leads utilizing traditional inbound methods and marketing campaigns Assign sales leads, follow up and record within the CRM system (Salesforce). Generate sales quotes including service parts. Enter and maintain customer orders, sales logs, customer information, inventory reports and other departmental reporting to secure information for customer and company needs. What you shouldposses: Associate Degree or High School Diploma with + two (2) years equivalent job experience with inside sales or telemarketing. Skilled with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
