Responsibilities:

• Prepares, analyzes and communicates key financial information and provides support to management and other staff members regarding financial reporting and other related issues.
• Assists with budget preparation and financial planning processes and budget review for compliance and opportunities.
• Serves as consultant to all levels of management to provide decision support for initiatives, policies and procedures.
• Completes special projects and duties including providing necessary research, forecasting and conflict resolution.
• Other duties as assigned.Key Job Responsibilities:
  • Audit, investigate, and resolve issues related to patient data and statistics
  • Heavy use of Excel
  • Running queries on databasesEducation:
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field.Certifications:
      • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Account (CMA) certification preferred.Complexity of Work:
        • Requires critical thinking skills, attention to detail, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
        • Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
        • Ability to complete basic analytical, consultative and information support through analysis and report preparation.
        • Awareness of key performance indicators, cash flow analysis, product line analysis and proposal development.Work Experience:
          • One year of Accounting, Finance, Healthcare, Investment Banking or Management Consulting experience preferred.
          • Offset: High School diploma/GED and four years of experience.
          • Offset: Associate's degree and two years of experience.Physical Requirements:
            • Typical physical demands include a high degree of dexterity to produce materials on a PC.
            • Normal or corrected vision.
            • Extensive sitting and frequent walking.
            • Occasional lifting or carrying up to 25 pounds.Personal Protective Equipment:
              • Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required for procedures.This position is a 100% Remote Work Opportunity in the State of Ohio.
                
                Prepares, analyzes and reports key financial and revenue cycle management (RCM) information. Develops standard/ad hoc reports to support the needs of the enterprise.
