The Systems Integration Manager will be exposed to the latest cutting-edge technologies as it relates to enterprise systems and integration platforms and tools. In addition, the Systems Integration Manager will work with interdisciplinary industries and collaborate with cross functional departments. This position is a strong external client interacting role that will help business design, build, and deliver best of the class solutions. Systems integration is a critical part in the business and sales development life cycle. Having an automated real-time two-way integration will improve customer satisfaction and accelerate contractual fulfillment. Other key benefits include improved operational efficiencies, cost-savings, KPI delivery through multiple interface touch points and data transparency for organizations.
As the Systems Integration Manager, he/she will play a critical lead role in helping integrate enterprise application systems for clients and supply chain partners. This role will require strong effective communication skills as it is a client facing role. He/she must have a thorough understanding of business processes within the MRO/Supply Chain domain and be able to help teams architect solutions which aligns with business needs, help business navigate through any system design challenges and establish the most optimal and seamless approach.
Additionally, he/she will be accountable for integration project delivery success. The Systems Integration Manager will manage projects, create project plans, organize, and track project deliverables; become the main key point of contact for projects while supporting the team in managing priorities, change requests and perform business analysis scope preparation.
The Systems Integration Manager is highly detailed oriented; motivated self-starter; has excellent organizational skills and passion for excellence, team building and values innovation and success.
While this role is a non-development role, he/she should have effective problem-solving skills and have sound understanding of system landscapes. He/she is capable to roll up their sleeves to investigate issues and identify solutions as needed. They will also, develop in-depth knowledge of business requests, priorities and impacts to be able to effectively manage the team.
The Systems Integration Manager will also handle the release management process, and is responsible for approving application deployments, performing application releases, including rollouts, system configurations, store and track release notes and perform internal application/system upgrades across different system environments.
Essential Functions
Own the Project Implementation starting from Project Planning to Project Closure - coordinating with executive sponsors, business stakeholders, and technical developers to manage project timelines, milestones, and business expectations
Leading project meetings (technical workshops, kick-offs, steering committees, and status meetings, etc.)
Provide leadership and direction for major incidents. Able to understand all facets of the issue, maintain control and effectively deescalate the matter.
Managing team - Setting team goals, hosting staff meetings and provide coaching to direct reports and participate in recruitment process. Setting team priorities, triage support tickets, host staff meetings, coaching and ensure internal/external service level (SLA) agreements are met.
Participate in continuous improvements, process management, and implement team process changes

Required Skills
Strong analytical skills to able to dissect problems and identify root causes. Communicate effectively and deescalate any issues as needed.
Demonstrate the ability to lead under pressure
Have knowledge of various integration related software technologies that support near real time interfaces (Mule ESB, Active MQ environments, Java, XML, XSLT, Service Oriented Architecture, SFTP/FTP protocols, and Web Services etc.,)
Solid understanding of key integration concepts such as asynchronous messaging, data transformation, routing, and batch processing.
Solid understanding of relational database technologies
Working knowledge of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)
Familiarity with data mapping, data transformation concepts, web services, sftp configuration, and application deployments
Have worked with Enterprise applications such as SAP, Maximo, JDE, Infor or Oracle software programs
Nice-to-haves or will eventually learn
Experience working with Systems Integration Platforms such as Mule/Active MQ environments, Biz Talk, Dell Boomi (Mule Soft is preferred)
Knowledge of Business Intelligence Reporting and Data Analytics
Familiar with ITIL v3 or v4 service management framework
PMP, and/or CSM are nice-to-haves
Familiar with Microsoft Dynamic CRM, SAP MM, Ariba P2P and EDI Software (Biz Manager, IBM Sterling, etc.) are nice-to-haves
Managing offshore resources/teams
Required Experience
Bachelors in computer science or MIS disciplines
4+ years of management experience in an Information Technology environment with direct reports
Have worked in a customer facing role within the IT organization providing system/application support
At least 3 years of technical project management experience, preferably in systems integration or have managed enterprise level IT projects across multiple industries
3+ years' experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence etc.
Knowledge of Procurement, Supply Chain (MRO Material Purchasing)/ Logistics and/or have worked in different industries demonstrating the ability to learn quickly
Strong multi-tasking skills to be able to juggle wide range of challenges that will encompasses the role
Effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical personnel
Ability to work quickly while maintaining strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to learn complex technical application and system landscape
Exposure to customer centric and fast pace working environment
Track record of great customer relationship building experience
Able to handle pressure while making sound decision
