Salesforce Architect - 100% RemoteOptomi, in partnership with a Fortune 10 company in the pharmaceutical industry is seeking a Software Architect in a fully remote position. This Software Architect will be responsible for working on a heavily integrated platform in Lightning and Service Cloud.

  Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for designing, coding, testing and documentation on the salesforce platforms
  • Developing on a highly customizable service platform building out and adding new features
  • Work with others on pushing technical boundaries & contribute to new processes & technologies
    Experience of the right candidate:
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce.com with a focus on Service Cloud and/or Field Service Lightning
    • Minimum of 3 years of requirements gathering and design experience, including process mapping and gap analysis
    • Minimum of 3 years of functional understanding of leading CRM and Customer Service technologies including Salesforce.com, Siebel, Pega, Oracle RightNow, or Microsoft Dynamics CRM
    • Familiar with user experience best practices
    • Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
    • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
    • Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skill
    • Fluent in Salesforce Lightning
