Partner with the best

The Electrical QC inspector will be responsible to ensure purchased and manufactured parts meet all quality control procedures, engineering specifications and customer requirements in order to deliver product with the highest quality levels

As a QC inspector you will:
Complies with all HSE and Quality procedures and policies.
Tests parts, assemblies and subassemblies to drawings and specifications.
Uses electrical test equipment and software (Electrometers/Source Measure Units, DMMs, Time Domain Reflectometers, Oscilloscopes, Hi-Pot testers, Nuclear counting instrumentation, etc...)
Understands electrical schematics and electronic components
Reviews test data supplied by outside vendors and internal inspections
Reads, Understands, Interprets, and applies electrical schematics, specifications, instructions and assembly drawings.
Handles and tests product using radioactive material while following the highest levels of safety requirements
Creates and distributes test reports
Initiates non-conformance reports (NCR) on all nonconforming parts and assemblies. Ensure that parts meet quality control procedures, engineering specifications and customer requirements
Initiates corrective action requests (CAR) when conditions adverse to quality are repetitive in nature
Performs specialized testing as required (i.e Helium Leak Test)
Identifies continuous improvement opportunities and lead initiatives to implement improvements
Participates in Quality System and Process audits
Maintains and ensures proper calibration of Inspection, Measuring and Test Equipment

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

Associate Degree in a related discipline with 1 year of experience in electrical inspection and testing
OR High School Diploma / GED from an accredited school or institution with a minimum 3 years of experience in electrical inspection or testing.
Experience in the nuclear industry preferred
IPC-A-610 and/or IPC-A-620 qualification preferred
