Job Description First Line Technician - $17.91 Hourly rate .55 cent mileage reimbursement tolls/parking. Hours: Thursday-Monday 2:30 - 11 pm - Entry Level, no experience needed, full training provided. Territory: Cleveland OH 44114 Travel range 50 miles Must like driving, up to 250 miles a week. Temp to hire; you will be provided a uniform and cell phone. Must have reliable car with insurance Company car will be provided once you convert to perm. As the Associate First line Technician, you will provide maintenance for ATM's, retail point of sale equipment, plus related PC and PC peripherals. ---Interact in a professional manner with customers to foster positive customer relations (20%). ---Complete equipment cleanings as specified by Diebold contracts (5%). ---Perform minor maintenance on ATMs (10%): replacing light bulbs, card reader belts, air filters, etc. ---Perform basic installation functions (5%): pulling cable, mounting devices, installing Mas-Hamilton locks. ---Perform technical fixes (30%): clearing paper jams, card jams, bill jams, etc. ---Prioritizing and planning service calls ---Contacting the customer with the estimated time of arrival ---Escalating problems and reassigning calls when appropriate ---Interacting in a professional manner with customers to foster positive relationships
