That s why Hemmersbach is The Social Purpose IT Company.Your TasksProvide on ground support as Deskside L2 Technician as per the Incidents / SR and Tasks assignment by Parker onsite manager / lead.Walk in /Support through Service Desk route for L2 services - day-to-day Technical Support to users for Desktop, Laptop, Network infrastructure, Systems software and hardware, with ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities and follow through on tasks as assigned.Being versatile and flexible with different desktop technologies including VDI s and solutions. Strong knowledge and understanding of Windows (All operating systems), Macintosh OS and Virtual desktop Knowledge with supporting all VDI Environments.Service Requests fulfilment - Software Installation, Peripherals, Accesses. Answer/Address onsite User queries and FAQ's related to process and proceduresUser Education, Walk through, handholding for common IT processes & procedures. (e.g.- Logging Tickets, FAQ's, Vending machines)Able to meet all the SLA and KPI s as defined and required for the Incident / Service Request and Tasks as assigned.Basic Knowledge on ITIL Processes, being able to work in a team environment and working knowledge of SNOW and other ITSM tools. Proficient with documentation of standards, knowledgebase articles, how-to s, and other operational guides.
