VisiMax's teamwork and drive for success makes us one of the most highly sought after players in our industry.* Operation of our coating chambers* Cleaning and preparing optical lenses for coating* Operation of a spectrophotometer instrument to accurately measure our thin film coatings* Cleaning and maintaining equipment through tasks such as sandblasting and scrubbing chambers* Help with packaging/shipping tasks as called upon* High School diploma or equivalent* Highly motivated and able to work independently* Able to work on your feet for a full shift and perform minor heavy lifting tasks* Able and willing to follow instructions carefully* Strong attention to detail* Machine maintenance skills are a plus* Experience with Optics products is a plusCompensation:* Hourly, commensurate with experience* Competitive Health Insurance package, including dental and vision* 401K matching program* 2 weeks vacation in first yearThis position reports directly to the VP of Operations
