Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The essential duties and responsibilities of this job are included but not limited to this job description - other tasks may be assigned and expected to be performed.Performs work order activities according to production process procedure.Performs material loading of equipment including CNCs, chucker, bar feeders, CNC Saw, and ancillary equipment.Gathers and measures parts as produced by CNC operations.Performs CNC cycle starts and stop procedures accurately and efficiently.Performs daily equipment maintenance inspections including but not limited to lubrication, fluid checks and additions, chip handling, scrap removal, etc.Performs tool insert changes at predetermined intervals accurately and efficiently.Reports operational malfunctions including but not limited to equipment failures, equipment damage, scrap, etc.May work in other departments, as needed, based on training and qualifications.Other tasks as assigned.Requirements:High School Diploma or equivalentTechnical/Mechanical coursework desired1 to 2 years manufacturing related experienceSkill in operating CNC machinery as well as precision measurement tools preferred.Good verbal and written communication skills.
