• Certification Details
• BLS required, ACLS preferred.
• Vaccines, TB, MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza Vaccine, Tdap required.
• Fit Test required annually.

  • 2yrs required experience in specialty areas.
  • BLS required, ACLS PREFERRED.
  • This is a float assignment with daily staffing adjustments every 4 hrs, with potential to be pulled to a new assignment in 4hr blocks of time.
  • Will need basic dysrhythmia testing competency.
    • Job Requirements
    • Must be AHA.
    • Current license and primary source verification within 30 days prior to start of assignment for all licensed professionals.
    • Nursys quick confirm verifications should be completed for all APRN, RN's and LPN/LVNs.
    • Nursys should be used to review ALL license activity in all states, not just the state of placement.
      • Schedule Information
      • Job includes float assignment with potential changes every 4 hours.
        • Unit Specific Information
        • Floater position with variable assignments.
          • Additional Details
          • Vaccines or Positive IGG Titer required.
          • If Negative titer, must have booster vaccine.
