Your Key Responsibilities

• 
  
• Operating machines and producing components per customer requirements and expectations -
  
• Routine preventative maintenance tasks
  
• Run and troubleshoot operations effectively -
  
• Responsible for quality checks using appropriate gages as necessary
  
• Must be able to function as a team member in a group incentive environment
  
• Will need to cooperate and communicate with all levels of the department and organization
  
• May be called to work on other Assembly areas as needed
  
• Will maintain productivity standards and perform changeover
  
• Will adhere to company policies, safety standards, and good housekeeping practices
  
  Your Qualifications
  • 
    
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
    
  • Knowledge of quality specifications
    
  • SPC, Gage setup and operation
    
  • Blueprint reading
    
  • Computer Skills
    
  • Mechanical aptitude
    
  • Communication ability (written & verbal)
    
  • Teamwork
    
  • Extremely self-motivated & driven to achieve results
    
  • Continuous improvement approach
