Your Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for completing all training exercises in the apprentice lab with quality and in a timely professional manner
  
• Requires a highly motivated individual who is willing to learn and apply acquired skills
  
• Demonstrate interest in a career in skilled trades
  
  Your Qualifications
  • 
    
  • Pursuing High school diploma or equivalent
    
  • Mechanical and/or Electrical aptitude and -knowledge
    
  • Hands-on learner
    
  • Excellent communication ability (written & verbal)
    
  • Positive work ethic
    
  • Problem solving skills
    
    Our OfferingThe Pre-Apprenticeship program is Ohio State Certified through Apprentice Ohio. At the completion of the program, the Pre-Apprentice can receive credit for successfully completed on the job training (OJT) requirements towards the Schaeffler Apprenticeship Program.
