We are hiring Account Resolution Specialists to join our Consumer Collections team in Brooklyn Heights. Our Account Resolution Specialists/Collectors work in a call center environment within our professional law office setting. They are responsible for making outbound calls to consumers of our clients and taking inbound calls from said consumers. As a third party representing our clients, they notify and/or locate consumers with delinquent loans and attempt to secure payment according to compliance with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), WWR's guidelines, and client standards. THE SCHEDULE:

Monday - Friday - 8:00am - 4:45pm

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

$16.75 hr. + monthly bonus
