Your Key Responsibilities

• Realizes development, implementation and optimization of production technology for production of new and existing Schaeffler products.
• Develop, validate and implement production technologies.
• Improve production technologies in terms of quality, cost and robustness.
• Initiate and coordinate development of production machines and tools.
• Validate machines and tools.
• Support/enable production or production departments to realize production (hand-over, training, trouble-shooting).Your Qualifications
