Job Title: Otolaryngologist
Location: Cleveland, TN

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Otolaryngologist to join our multispecialty team in Cleveland, Tennessee. The successful candidate will join one other Otolaryngologist and provide a mix of inpatient and outpatient care, with the majority of ENT procedures to be performed in the ASC. Anticipated call coverage is 1:2, likely weekdays only and there is the potential for share ownership.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat diseases and disorders of the ear, nose, and throat
- Perform ENT surgical procedures
- Manage patient care and treatment plans
- Collaborate with multispecialty team to ensure best outcomes
- Educate and counsel patients on treatment plans
- Utilize best practice guidelines for patient care
Qualifications:
- MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Completion of Otolaryngology residency
- Board Certified/Eligible in Otolaryngology
- Active, valid medical license in the state of Tennessee
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience and Skills:
- At least 3-5 years of Otolaryngology experience
- Intuitive and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and EMR systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
