Job Description:
The Program Coordinator provides support to the Program Manager
by performing administrative duties, staff training, and project
management to case managers that young adult clients who are
severely mentally ill and experiencing homelessness. The Program
Coordinator works closely with different providers to ensure
effective service delivery. The Program Coordinator will work
closely with the Program Manager to ensure that goals and
objectives specified for the program are achieved within the
program time limitations. Demonstrates and supports a culture of
diversity, equity, and inclusion. Employs anti-racist practices and
principles within department and across the agency.This is an
exempt, non-union position. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am -
5:00pmRequired Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in social
work, counseling, nursing, psychology or related field with a
minimum of three years related work experience in a non-profit,
health related organization.LSW or PC preferred
