WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:As a Digital Optimization Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving the performance of our digital channels. Your primary goal will be to optimize our digital marketing campaigns, websites, and applications to increase engagement, conversion rates, and revenue. You will work closely with the marketing and IT teams to identify areas of improvement and implement data-driven solutions to enhance the user experience and drive business results.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct website and application audits to identify issues and opportunities for improvement.
• Analyze website and application data to identify trends and insights.
• Develop and implement A/B and multivariate testing experiments to optimize user experience, conversion rates, and revenue.
• Monitor website and application performance, including traffic, bounce rates, and conversion rates, and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Work with the marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns that are optimized for conversion.
• Collaborate with the IT team to ensure that website and application changes are implemented correctly and efficiently.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital optimization.
  REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or optimization.
  • Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate testing.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze and interpret data.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with website and application development and design is a plus.
