Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and maintain tooling and dies for manufacturing processes
• Work closely with engineers, production managers and tool makers to develop efficient and cost-effective tooling and dies
• Create detailed 2D and 3D drawings, layouts, and models of tooling and dies using CAD software
• Troubleshoot and modify tooling and dies as needed
• Ensure that the final product meets all design specifications and quality standards
• Work with tool makers to ensure that the tooling and dies are built to the proper specifications
• Stay up-to-date with the latest tooling and die-making technologies and trendsQualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of tooling and die-making techniques
  • Experience and proficiency with computer-aided design (CAD) software
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
  • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or apprenticeship in a related field
  • A degree or diploma in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field is a plus
  • Experience in the manufacturing industryYou should be proficient in:
