Arrow International, Inc. is seeking to add an experienced Machine Operator/ Set Up Operator -within our manufacturing team based in Cleveland, OH. This position is integral in the production and distribution within -world's largest manufacturer and supplier of charitable gaming products and solutions. We produce and distribute a wide array of products include consumables (pull tab tickets, bingo paper and ink, etc.) as well as world class, state-of-the-art, electronic gaming products. This position is based in Cleveland, OHPosition Overview: -Perform duties to simultaneously operate multiple machines in the production of jar tickets. Safely performs position specific responsibilities to ensure a high level of productivity, quality and internal and external customer service while adhering to all relevant company policies and procedures. - Identifies and recommends process improvements to streamline and increase efficiency of existing programs. - -Essential Job Functions:

• Work from written and verbal instructions
• Feed machines with tickets; watch for jams in machines; make necessary adjustments
• Collect finished tickets, insuring bags have the correct set of the same serial numbers
• Count and inspect tickets for accuracy, serialization and count; repair damaged tickets
• Distribute the games as needed
• Clean and lubricate machines; add glue to glue trays; change tape and wire
• Exercise proper care in the use of tools, equipment and materials
• Detect and report faulty equipment, defective material, improper operations and unusual conditions to supervision
• Observe all prescribed safety rules and regulations and maintain work area in a neat and orderly condition
• Perform other duties as assigned -Education Requirements:
  • High school diploma / GED equivalent -Physical Requirements:
    • Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. occasionallyOther Skills/Abilities:
      • Must be self-motivated and self-sufficient and able to follow directions
      • Must be quality and time conscious
      • Good work ethic and attendance
      • Numbers & goal-oriented
      • Must be able to work overtime and different shifts
      • Should have a honest/agreeable/positive attitude
