Dispatch Operator-Call Center Representative-Alarm Operator Responsibilities include: - Managing calls while navigating Alarm software - Adhere to detailed instructions to accurately handle alarm calls - Adhere to confidentiality of customer information - Perform as an answering service for multiple companies - Respond to alarm signals and document outcome Dispatch Operator-Call Center Representative-Alarm Operator Qualities for success: - Patient and empathetic with callers - Self-disciplined and eager to learn - Ability to be consistent, accurate and extremely detailed under pressure - Thorough and careful when following processes - Excellent communication and listening skills Salary: From $13.00 per hour Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Schedule: - 4 or 8 hour shift - Day shift - Evening shift - Overnight shift - Weekend & Holiday availability Competitive company benefits: - 401(k) - Dental insurance- Flexible schedule - Health insurance - Paid time off - Vision insurance
