to design, implement, monitor, and support the Sherwin-Williams
global network and related technologies. General guidance is
provided by the Manager and/or Lead Team members. A self-directed
approach with advanced skills is necessary to ensure the delivery
of voice and data network services, including design,
implementation, and performance management, as well as related
hardware, software, and services required to provide business
requirements and overall strategy. Essential Functions Strategy &
Planning Engage in the planning, design, development, and
effectuation of improvements with a focus on simplification and
optimization of processes. Meet with clients, peers, and
decision-makers to define business requirements and system goals,
as well as identify and resolve business systems issues. Meet with
vendors to assess and identify solutions relevant to business and
IT goals and objectives. Develop RFPs for large-scale,
multi-faceted projects. Engage in planning system product
maintenance with a focus on project planning development,
particularly task and resource management, conducting meetings, and
management reporting. Acquisition & Deployment Conduct research on
network products to contribute to developing roadmaps for solutions
recommendations. Execute the deployment of new systems, releases,
versions, and maintenance modifications to network products. Deploy
technology solutions following Sherwin-Williams and industry
standards. Operational Management Maintain, manage, monitor, and
support network and associated technology in the Sherwin-Williams
infrastructure. Identify opportunities to improve service levels
and/or minimize support efforts. Follow documented support
procedures and service level guidelines. Measure and report on
services rendered, solutions delivered and problems resolved
(tracking and reporting activities, accomplishments, and
recommendations. Perform standard configuration, management, and
maintenance tasks in support of network resources. Mentor and/or
provide direction to junior members of the team. Incidental
Functions Assist with Change Management preparations and
implementations. Attend meetings in participation with the team,
clients, peers, and/or management. Assist with other projects as
may be required to contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness
of the group. Participate in hiring activities and fulfilling

support for the specific network and related technologies. Some
travel may be required. Work outside the standard office 7.5 hours
workday may be required. Position Requirements Formal Education &
Certification Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in related
field or equivalent experience. Knowledge & Experience 5 years of
IT experience 2 years configuring Networking technologies
(Wireless, Switching, and Routing) 2 years supporting
enterprise-Wide Area Networks and well versed in WAN technologies.
Hands-on experience with MPLS Internet DIA/BB, VoIP, Load
Balancers, DNS/DHCP, Firewalls, Cabling, and Network Service
Providers preferred. 2 years working with cloud-based networking
technologies, including but not limited to: Azure, Vmanage Zscaler,
and Meraki cloud manager. 2 years working with SaaS services,
including but not limited to O365, Oracle HR cloud, Teams
Voice/Video, and Salesforce. Proficient knowledge and use of
problem-solving solutions, techniques, and documentation
strategies. Personal Attributes Strong and comprehensive verbal and
