Come work with the BEST!Job SummaryThe Vice-President HR at Foundation Wellness will provide strategic HR leadership and direction that supports the business objectives. Key expectations of the role include driving organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, talent management, training as well as compensation and benefits. Importantly, the HR leader will provide coaching and development to the HR staff.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesPartner with executive and senior leaders to grow and scale a best-in-class organization & workplace presence in the businessContinually evaluate, plan, develop, organize, implement, and direct the human capital function including and not limited to total rewards, talent management, leadership development, organizational design, employee relations, and labor policy and procedureDeliver top human capital results while maintaining a collaborative workplace environmentEmploy thoughtful strategy for responding to changes in the marketplace, competitive factors, and trends while continuously exploring new opportunities for process improvement.Human resources organization fostering employee engagement, management development, and improve retention of top talentProvide leadership, mentorship and guidance to the HR teamOptimize a talent management framework that retains, develops, and rewards top talentEnhance retention and training strategies that embeds the role of talent management in the company's overall business strategyAssess compensation plans and incentives as neededParticipate with the executive leadership team in assessment, organizational evaluation, and personnel training for acquisitionsEnhance effective communication between HR, management and all employees as the organization expands to ensure excellence in employee relationsRequired Skills/Abilities:Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to lead and develop people.
