Start date: August 15th, 2022Pay Rate: $17.00/hr.Days and Time: Monday - Friday, Any shift between the hours of 8a-8p ESTHybrid Training: 1 week of training at home and 2 weeks of training on-siteAs a Customer Service Representative you will assist with customer complaints, orders, errors, account questions, billing, cancelations, and other queries. This position must uphold the quality control standards of service to ensure customer satisfaction is achieved.This role will primarily be working from home, with occasional days in the office. This is an entry-level position working under direct supervision of a Coach, Team Lead and Supervisor.Job Description for Customer Service Representative:Answer inbound calls for assigned lender relationships including assisting callers with questions regarding letters or charges for insurance; obtaining proof of coverage; etc.Check insurance websites for proof of coverage and printing proof for data entryResearch accounts from assigned queues for required information using available resources and systems. Identify and resolve or escalate any high priority issues.Document in detail all call logs and resolve call center work ordersAccountability: 50% Providing excellent customer service; 50% Meeting goals and deadlinesAttend departmental meetings as requestedMaintain appropriate, professional working relationships with clients and other employeesOther duties as assigned.PM21

Requirements:
Preferred Skills:High school diploma or equivalent is required. Associate Degree preferred.One year of customer service experience, preferably in insurance, finance or banking, and in a call center environment.MS Office Suite Experience.Excellent verbal and written communications skillsAdaptable and able to get things done under pressure with tight timelines.Customer service aptitude with excellent listening skills, analysis as well as problem solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt to change quickly.
