Job Description:

An information technology company has an open position for a Remote Mutual Funds Call Center Supervisor.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:
Supervising assigned personnel
Interfacing with client(s) to respond to questions regarding shareholder account issues
Overseeing the utilization of all AWD/IWS applications and equipment
Required Skills:

Detailed knowledge of transfer agency operations policies, procedures and legals
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of formal education and work experience
3 - 4 years transfer agency or related operations experience
Working knowledge of system capabilities/applications and policies and procedures
