A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR HANDYMANAs an Independent Contractor Handyman, you're an essential member of our skilled labor team. Working with your team, you combine your efforts to accomplish a variety of projects for our residential customers. With close attention to detail, you hang drywall, perform mudding, painting, framing, and other carpentry tasks as well as install and repair ceramic tile and other floorings. You also perform installations and repairs. No matter the project, you always put your best foot forward and work hard to produce high-quality results. You're also a team player who communicates well with others and sees the big picture. You enjoy the variety in your work and find fulfillment in improving the homes of your neighbors! QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR HANDYMAN

• Completed W-9
• Contractor agreement
• Certificate of insurance for general liability (aggregate limit of $1 million)
• Certificate of insurance for Workman's Compensation (minimum of $500,000 or proof of exemption)Do you have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal? Are you a jack of all trades, including drywall, painting, flooring, pressure washing, carpentry, and framing? Can you manage your time well and effectively prioritize tasks?
