Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking senior level Commercial Lenders for our NE Ohio market. In this position, you will:

• Be responsible for developing a quality commercial customer portfolio and overseeing the customer relationship. This also includes the understanding of underwriting, structuring and closing loans an achieving sales objective.
• Participate in the marketing strategy for commercial loan origination.
• Interview applicants to determine loan application requirements.
• Gather pertinent information for loan applications.
• Monitor and manage delinquent credit in the portfolio.
• Develop business and community relationships and participate in community activities and organizations to increase the bank's visibility.
• Recognize opportunities and make referrals for other banking services and products.To be considered you will need:
  • Bachelor's Degree in business related field is preferred
  • Commercial lending experience in CRE and C&I
  • Minimum of 5 years' commercial lending experience preferred
  • Strong sales background
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills and proficient in bank information systems and software
