Waiver Division Clerk
Description and Responsibilities
Waiver Division Clerk will maintain a Monday-Friday 9am-5pm schedule.
Waiver Division Clerk will report directly to Director of Waiver and Director of
Operations.
Waiver Division Clerk will maintain professional appearance and positive attitude.
Must be an approved company driver and maintain CPR and med 1 certifications.
Ability to travel between different locations throughout all Waiver Homes as needed.
Waiver Paperwork/Record Keeping
Receive, review, record, and file all monthly documents turned in monthly.
Individual HPC Documentations
House Schedules
Admin, Supervisor, and staff mileage
Staff money receipts and cash left over
Staff incentive gift cards and receipts
Company vehicle money requests
Waiver House Staff money
Waiver Home drills, collect, review, and file as needed
Employee of the Month for Waiver Division
Communicate with Waiver Supervisors on as needed items when they are due and
collect items that have been requested. Any items needing corrected, communicate
with Supervisors on errors that were found.
Maintain Master Reference Sheet for all Waiver Home individuals and update as needed
Maintain organization of Individual Books, ensuring all documentation needed is
available and updated as needed at the administration building
Review quarterly all individual books in the Waiver Division that are kept at all Waiver
Home locationsWaiver Finances
Manage waiver checkbook/account
Expense account weekly
Expense staff money monthly
Reconcile account
Ability to go to and from the bank as needed to ensure money is available
Ability to go to and from different stores for staff incentive gift cards
Write out mileage checks and reimbursements
Record all billable Waiver Home mileage per individual monthl

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma/GED
• Valid Ohio driver's license
• Ability to work congenially with others, courteous approach
• Alertness in recognizing problems needing attention
• A neat and professional appearance
• Responsible, honest, trustworthy
• Willingness to learnPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
