This is a Hybrid position requiring 3 days onsite in office in
Cleveland, OH
What You'll Do/Need (Job Summary):The Regional Market Account
Managers administer most aspects of our relationship with existing
and new corporate sponsors. This includes internal/external system
set-ups, contracts, enrollment files, payments, renewals and
communications for groups under 5,000 benefit eligible
employees.
Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Responsibilities)--- Manage
new account implementation as required--- Implement 2nd sale
strategies--- Serve as a liaison between the business and strategic
partners--- Create and conduct effective presentations and
proposals--- Conduct phone meetings and presentations with new and
existing partnerships--- Respond to requests for materials---
Responsible to internal/external system set-up relating to account
maintenance--- Optimize the performance of existing partnerships by
determining upgrades in plan coverages and rate structures.---
Ensure contracts/renewals received and communicated prior to
effective date--- Responsible for creating and negotiating sponsor
renewal strategies to include plan design and rate structure to
support sponsor retention.--- Ensure receipt of timely and accurate
enrollment files and payments--- Manages the Account Receivable
(AR) process at the sponsor level to include AR adjustments,
enrollment file adjustments, putting service on hold due to
non-payment and manually adjusting enrollment systems which impacts
monthly revenue.--- Cultivate and/or maintain relationships with
sponsor, broker, MetLife contact and other external partners---
Support the management team with various day-to-day tasks---
Respond to requests for material--- Send reporting to management
team on a regular basis.--- Respond to internal/external
communications in a timely manner--- Will perform all other duties
as assigned--- Maintain internal systems as it pertains to plan
information--- Verify broker of record--- Develop and support
communication strategies
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, skills, and abilities
required)--- Bachelor degree from an accredited university or
equivalent work experience (internal candidates only)--- Ability to
multitask and work with a sense of urgency while maintaining
attention to detail--- Detail-oriented and well-organized, with the
ability to effectively manage a high-volume workload---
Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and work
independently--- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally
and in written correspondence--- Ability to interact effectively
with team members at all levels of the organization--- Ability to
interact effectively with external partners and clients over the
phone--- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings
What'll Make You Special (Preferred knowledge, skills, and
abilities)--- Previous experience in Account Management---
Knowledge of industry or business--- Strong presentation skills---
Understanding of customer relationship management databases---
Proficiency with Lotus Notes and Microsoft Office products
including Excel and PowerPoint
