Job DescriptionThe Training Delivery Specialist is responsible for learning and delivering our client solutions in person or virtually to achieve our business goals. The Specialist plays a key role in the success of Client Learning Solutions (CLS) by delivering all instructor-led training (ILT) solutions in accordance with all internal and client objectives, training plans, and contractual obligations. The Specialist must ensure delivery meets and/or exceeds the need to perpetuate a positive experience with minimal oversight by demonstrating---

• Excellent written and verbal communication skillsResponsibilitiesCore responsibilities include, but not limited to, the following---
  • Deliver content clearly and confidently
  • Engage, manage and direct people and teams

  • Actively comprehend learner needs and adjust to support those needs
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective delivery
  • Use creativity to manage ad hoc situations without hesitation
  • Identify, measure, and evaluate learner competence and results
  • Manage time to effectively deliver one, clear message
  • Manage solutions, records, documentation, etc. in accordance with internal and client requirements
  • Learn and maintain expert knowledge of core and supplemental applications
  • Provide a minimum of five hours per month of dedicated phone support
  • Attend internal and client meetings, as assigned and/or necessary
  • Provide recommendations to Leader, Training Delivery
  • Additional duties as assignedSupplemental responsibilities include, but not limited to, the following---
    • Develop and design content for various delivery methods and platforms
    • Collaborate with client/SMEs/etc. to acquire necessary information for client solutions
    • Utilizes various tools to enhance solutions, such as: Guides/Videos/ILT Modules, etc.
    • Manage projects within the required timelines for successful delivery
      QualificationsThe ideal candidate has the following---
      • Must be fluent in French and English
      • One year of training delivery experience
      • One year of training content development experience
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      • Adaption to irregular hours and schedule changes with little notice
      • Travel for extended periods of time (up to three consecutive weeks)
      • Advanced organizational skills with ability to handle multiple projects to meet target dates for implementation
      • Strict attention to detail
      • Strong interpersonal skills
      • Proficiency in core and supplemental applications (such as, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Excel, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dynamics 365, etc.)The preferred candidate may have the following---
        • Bachelor's Degree
        • Advanced proficiency in core and supplemental applications (such as, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Excel, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dynamics 365, etc.)
        • Three or more years of training delivery experience
        • Three or more years of training content development experience
        • One or more years of graphic and video design and editing experience.
