Responsibilities:* Respond to incoming phone calls, emails and chat
from EMS merchants* Provide your customer with an exceptional
experience and drive client satisfaction* Use compassion in helping
upset customers and helping them through the issues they are
experiencing while maintaining composure in stressful situations*
Provide accurate information and guidance to manage your customer's
expectations and to help them understand their
accountsQualifications:* Passion for high levels of Customer

Basic aptitude for troubleshooting hardware, software and
communication issues* Ability to navigate a computerized data entry
