Job Overview

The Product Specialist is responsible for maintaining expertise in product knowledge, communicating key features of Olive's solution suite, and building visualizations that demonstrate Olive's impact. This includes activities related to driving sales, expansion, and partnership excellence, organizational processes to improve efficiency and minimize complexities, and to enable success across departments.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Ensure customers and partners can see Olive in action and speak to our broad capability to deliver efficiencies across the healthcare continuum, spanning payers, providers, and patients.
  • Conceptualize and identify effective communication and visualization strategies for payer and provider use cases across the product portfolio.
  • Maintain up-to-date demonstration content by proactively working with product and marketing to storyboard customer journeys.
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge, empathizing with buyers and end users to deliver bespoke product demonstrations through cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proactively communicate internally regarding product updates across maneuvers - evangelizing Olive's offerings externally and across teams.
  • Work with leadership team to prioritize and determine critical success factors and manage stakeholder expectations throughout demonstration related initiatives or projects.
  • Measure progress and monitor performance, and report on key initiatives and milestones
  • Ensure strategic objectives are met within the constraints of project scope, time, cost, and quality.
  • Help drive cross-functional directives and projects.
  • Collaborate with peers throughout the company, share best practices and implement new ideas and initiatives where appropriate.
  • Manage, track, and help advance processes as we continually optimize for efficiency
  • Engaged with leaders across Olive to ensure Customer Experience leadership is aware of opportunities, roadblocks to success, and anything else pertinent to yours and the teams' success.
    Requirements
    • Experience/education in healthcare industry, a plus if in provider or payer space (revenue cycle, EHR optimization, shared services, care management, network management, risk/utilization management)
    • Ability to provide bespoke product demonstrations and provide effective answers to the product's functionality, including but not limited to its capabilities, customer success, and product vision/roadmap.
    • Experience working with Figma or similar UX software and design systems
    • Experience presenting to executive leadership. Education and/or degree in HIM, Business Management, or equivalent is desired but optional. The candidate would also possess the following:
