Job Description:

Ability to work in a team environment at all levels Establish customer relationships and follow up with clients, as needed. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. Use a client-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients about insurance options. Issue new business and review policy applications for complete and accurate information. Process policy changes and endorsements. Provide quotes upon request. Contact field representatives and/or agents for missing information. Maintain workflow within the unit. Issue policies and record and deposit money promptly and accurately. Mail appropriate copies of policies to policyholder, agent, or both Job Requirements:

Requirements Computer experience: including Microsoft Office Data entry and keyboard skills required. Prior Life, Disability, and Long-Term Care Insurance experience preferred but not required Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening Self-motivated Detail oriented Proactive in problem solving Dedicated to client service Ability to effectively relate to a client Good judgment, friendly and helpful attitude.
